Le piattaforme di Marketing Automation permettono di generare e ottimizzare una interazione bidirezionale con il db clienti.

Grazie ad una piattaforma di Marketing Automation le campagne di email marketing, leads generation, recall, push sui social network passano da un approccio “1 a molti” (con alto rischio spam) ad una relazione “1 a 1” perché verranno confezionati messaggi dedicati ad ogni singolo interlocutore sulla base delle sue specifiche caratteristiche.
