Realizzare un business plan per lanciare un progetto no profit è il primo passo per garantirne il rapido successo.
L’Italia è uno dei paesi con il più alto numero di associazioni no profit e volontari in Europa e nel mondo. Grazie alla sua fitta rete di organizzazioni religiose e laiche è in grado di supportare i servizi di welfare messi a disposizione delle politiche sociali dello Stato.
Le organizzazioni no profit costituiscono inoltre una porzione importante e crescente del PIL, rappresentando forme di attività imprenditoriali e offrendo opportunità di impiego e crescita professionale.
Come tali non si basano solamente sulla buona volontà di chi le pensa e le realizza, ma, analogamente ad un progetto imprenditoriale o start up, hanno bisogno di partire da un vero e proprio Business Plan, che spesso rappresenta il punto di partenza per la raccolta di fondi e investimenti.
Ecco alcuni spunti per la stesura di un Business Plan sintetico ed efficace:
1) definizione della missione: cosa si vuole realizzare e a chi sono i rivolti i servizi del progetto. L’ideale è accompagnare la descrizione del progetto con un motto (ad esempio: Ogni persona, una promessa” è lo slogan della società cooperativa sociale “La Strada” che opera a Milano)
2) alcuni esempi di progetti già realizzati (persone o gruppi già aiutati dagli associati, che nel tempo hanno sentito l’esigenza di trasformare singoli gesti di volontariato in attività strutturate e continuative)
3) descrizione dettagliata dei servizi: supporto economico, medico, psicologico, educativo ecc
4) sede e luoghi in cui si svolgono le attività
5) stima dei costi fissi (ad esempio sede, personale impiegato ecc) e variabili (pasti, documenti ecc)
6) descrizione delle modalità di raccolta fondi previste per il mantenimento delle attività future (ad esempio Crowd Funding)
7) descrizione delle modalità di comunicazione del progetto: volantini, passaparola, social network ecc
Tutte queste attività aiutano ad aver chiari obiettivi e direzione da seguire per portare i migliori risultati di un progetto no profit.
