La negoziazione strategica è un elemento importantissimo per tutti i business, anche per quelli on line.
E’ lo strumento con il quale le persone gestiscono le divergenze per pervenire ad una Soluzione:
Negoziare significa ricercare un accordo reciproco attraverso il Dialogo.
Richiede Competenze specifiche e Miglioramento Continuo.
Negli affari di distinguono Negoziazione Competitiva e Negoziazione Generativa di Valore
Nella negoziazione competitiva il Vantaggio di una parte avviene con Svantaggio dell’altra.
È carente lo scambio di Informazioni, per diminuire l’altrui forza contrattuale: ” Win – Lose “.
Nella negoziazione volta alla generazione di valore, invece, le parti cooperano per ottenere i Massimi Benefici dall’integrazione dei rispettivi interessi in un accordo reciprocamente Soddisfacente, che cioè crei Valore per poi distribuirlo a beneficio di entrambi.
Basilare lo scambio di Informazioni: Win – Win
E’ importante porsi sullo stesso piano e saper proporre il proprio valore come partner (per l’acquisto per la vendita di beni e servizi).
La negoziazione collaborativa richiede la creazione di forza contrattuale solida per entrambe le parti. La forza contrattuale dipende dal livello di unicità dell’offerta (o dalla mancanza di alternative valide o succedanee) e dal livello di bisogno esistente nella contro parte. Il vantaggio competitivo dipende dalla forza contrattuale nella trattativa.
Le strategie negoziali divengono ancora più complesse quando le trattative avvengono tra gruppi (es.: gruppi di acquisto contro gruppi di vendita) poiché la dimensione comunicativa si allarga, richiedendo coordinamento tra i partner
Per il venditore o proponente, la forza dipende all’unicità dell’offerta: un’offerta non comparabile con altre offerte ha più valore; dalla mancanza di alternative prossime o di beni succedanei (beni diversi che possono svolgere una funzione simile, es: treno al posto dell’aereo); dall’urgenza del bisogno nel destinatario, dal prestigio di cui gode il proponente: un proponente credibile e prestigioso crea minori barriere legate alla valutazione a priori del partner.
Quando il cliente è un’azienda (negoziazioni B2B) vale la pena ricordare i seguenti fattori critici di successo:
– I Clienti sono Aziende ( Imprese Industriali, Commerciali,Servizi) o Organizzazioni( Enti Pubblici)
– Coinvolgimento del Cliente nel processo di definizione dei contenuti della relazione di scambio :
– I Clienti richiedono modifiche di prodotto,servizio,procedure
– Particolari implicazioni in termini di gestione dei Processi di Mercato e di Comportamento Strategico,Gestionale ed Organizzativo delle Aziende
– Estrema importanza della Relazione tra Fornitore Impresa e Cliente Impresa, con forti Interdipendenze Tecnologiche, Economiche e Sociali.
– Connessione e coinvolgimento di un complesso insieme di attività e risorse delle 2 parti
– Varietà nei contenuti e nell’importanza delle Relazioni tra il Fornitore ed il Cliente : continua ricerca di nuove soluzioni di prodotto e suo utilizzo,servizi logistici e di assistenza,ma anche per l’attività operativa del Cliente. Queste Relazioni coinvolgono non solo le Funzioni delle Vendite e degli Acquisti, ma anche Produzione, Progettazione, Logistica, Amministrazione, ai fini delle prestazioni da erogare
– Estrema importanza del Coordinamento sia tra le Funzioni inter Aziendali sia Infra Aziendali del Fornitore e del Cliente
– Oggetto di scambio nei Mercati Industriali è la Prestazione del Fornitore nel suo complesso. Il Cliente industriale sceglie e acquista Fornitori piuttosto che prodotti e servizi
