La gestione del sito web efficace è una delle attività più importanti per qualsiasi tipo di impresa, da quella individuale alla large enterprise con migliaia di dipendenti

1. Il sito web è la carta di identità della tua azienda

Il linguaggio e la grafica del tuo sito dovranno, come ogni altro elemento della corporate identity, rispecchiare il tuo target di consumatori.
I testi dovranno essere scritti seguendo logiche SEO in modo da favorire il più possibile la visibilità del tuo sito tra i risultati dei motori di ricerca.
Anche l’utilizzo delle immagini dovrebbe essere ottimizzato.
Ricordati che una volta atterrato sul tuo sito, il tuo visitatore proseguirà la sua navigazione solo 2 volte su 10. Cattura la sua attenzione e accompagnalo slls pagina obiettivo (carrello o scheda contatti) nel modo più breve e semplice possibile.
3. Acquista traffico
Grazie all’ottimizzazione del tuo sito potrai attrarre traffico profilato e a basso costo.
Dovrai però prevedere anche una quota di investimenti da utilizzare per realizzare campagne SEM su Google, inviare newsletter a nuovi database, realizzare campagne sponsorizzate sui social network, pubblicare banner pubblicitari su siti già molto visitati dal tuo target di consumatori.
Il consiglio è di prevedere un budget di digital adv non inferiore al 5% del tuo fatturato e di monitorare i risultati di ogni campagna.
4. Organizzati per affrontare gli imprevisti
Il sito web è uno strumento creativo e tecnologico, collegato ad una rete web e potenzialmente esposto a problemi tecnici. Individua una società di consulenza e assistenza qualificata che sia in grado di intervenire in modo tempestivo a fronte di eventuali cadute del sito. Il visitatore cui appare una pagina in costruzione è quasi sempre un visitatore perso.
